Terms of service
These terms apply to every purchase on amrestudios.com. The store is operated by Amre Studios, Tollbugata 6, 6016 Ålesund, Norway. Contact: contact@amrestudios.com.
1. Products
We sell digital files: Adobe Photoshop actions, scripts and presets, and OpenType fonts. No physical goods are shipped. Requirements are stated on each product page; you are responsible for checking that your software meets them before buying.
2. Delivery
Files are delivered instantly after payment via a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. If you cannot find the email, check spam/promotions or contact us.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your country and include applicable VAT where we are required to charge it. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we never see your card details.
4. Licence
Your purchase gives you a licence to use the files, not ownership of them. The full terms are on our Licence page. In short: personal and commercial use, client work, merchandise and print-on-demand are allowed; reselling, sharing or redistributing the files is not.
5. Refunds and right of withdrawal
See our Refund policy. Because the files are delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends when delivery starts. You give your express consent to immediate delivery, and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, when you complete a purchase; this is stated on every product page and confirmed in your order confirmation.
6. Intellectual property
All products, images and text on this site belong to Amre Studios. Nothing here may be copied or redistributed except as the Licence allows.
7. Liability
We make the products as described and test them in current Photoshop versions. We are not liable for indirect loss or for results in software or versions we do not list as supported. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
8. Governing law and disputes
Norwegian law applies. Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK keep the protection of mandatory rules in their own country. Disputes can be brought to Forbrukertilsynet (Norway) or the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
