Refunds for digital products

Everything we sell is a digital download. The files are delivered instantly after checkout, so they cannot be returned the way a physical product can.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA, UK and Norway)

By law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery begins — but only if you have agreed to that. When you buy from us you confirm that you want the files delivered straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal when delivery starts. This is stated on every product page and repeated in your order confirmation. If you do not want this, do not complete the purchase.

If something is wrong, we fix it

If a file is corrupt, does not run in Adobe Photoshop 2022 or newer, or does not do what the product page says, email contact@amrestudios.com with your order number and a screenshot within 30 days. We will send a working file, help you install it, or refund you in full. We would rather fix the problem than keep money for something that does not work.

What we do not refund

Purchases made by mistake after download, software requirements that were not checked, or changing your mind after the files have been delivered. Fonts and presets cannot be un-downloaded.
